Business‑Alignment, founded by Seif Elguindy, draws on more than 15 years of cross‑cultural experience supporting German and international companies with projects across the Middle East and North Africa.

Seif has built his career at industry‑leading organizations including Corning Optical Communications, SLB Schlumberger, ELA Container Offshore GmbH, and Malmedie Antriebstechnik GmbH. Through these roles, he gained deep insight into diverse sectors such as Fiber‑to‑the‑Home (FTTH) telecommunications, Oil & Gas upstream drilling, modular offshore accommodation cabins, and container port terminal.

After relocating to Germany in 2016 to pursue his MBA at ESMT Berlin, Seif strengthened his business expertise in Germany and beyond. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunications from Cairo University.

As a dual citizen of Egypt and Germany, Seif provides both local support within Germany and seamless engagement across the Middle East and North Africa. His international mindset, commercial experience, and regional understanding uniquely position Business‑Alignment to bridge markets and accelerate business growth for German companies entering or expanding within the MENA region.

Travel & Working Conditions

  • All services are delivered at the same rate, regardless of whether work is performed remotely or on-site

  • If travel is required (within Germany or internationally), all travel arrangements are organized and booked directly by the client

  • This includes flights, accommodation, and local transportation, which are paid directly by the client to the respective providers (e.g. airlines, hotels, booking platforms)

This approach ensures full transparency and allows clients to manage travel according to their internal policies and preferences.

You can choose from three options: (Pricing is provided upon request)

Weekly Engagement (Per Week)

  • Full support for 5 working days per week

  • Ideal for urgent projects, or supporting your MENA customers visiting your HQ and factory

Monthly Engagement (Per Month)

  • Up to 22 working days per month

  • Best suited for short-term needs, initial market entry activities and ongoing support

Quarterly Engagement (Per Quarter)

  • Up to 68 working days per quarter

  • Designed for companies looking for sustained presence, medium-term to long-term growth in the MENA region

To ensure transparency and measurable impact, Business-Alignment defines clear deliverables and SMART success metrics (specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and time-bound) together with each client before the start of the engagement.

This initial alignment phase is provided at no cost and can be conducted either remotely or on-site.

  • The duration is typically up to two working days (excluding travel days)

  • If conducted on-site, all travel, accommodation, and transportation arrangements are organized and paid upfront and directly by the client to the vendors

This approach ensures a clear, structured foundation for a successful and results-driven collaboration.

Confidentiality, Data Protection & Exclusivity


A Non‑Disclosure Agreement (NDA) or confidentiality agreement can be signed prior to or during this phase, ensuring that all information, insights, and materials shared or developed during the engagement remain strictly confidential and are never disclosed to third parties or other clients.


In addition, Business‑Alignment commits not to work with the client’s direct competitors for a defined period following the engagement, depending on the selected engagement model: six (6) months for a Weekly Engagement, twelve (12) months for a Monthly Engagement, and twenty‑four (24) months for a Quarterly Engagement, calculated from the last day of the engagement.


Where a client engages Business‑Alignment in multiple or consecutive engagement models, the longest applicable exclusivity period shall apply, irrespective of the order in which the engagements occur.


This exclusivity obligation is contractually defined in the NDA based on a list of up to five (5) direct competitors identified by the client.
